1/2 cup Bibimbud
About 225g / 1 cup / 1 whole butter (sweetened or unsweetened)
Salt and Pepper
Add Butter and Bibimbud to a food processor.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper (or as needed). Using unsweetened butter may require more salt.
Blitz your food processor until thoroughly mixed.
Transfer to your container of choice. Spread as is on anything you’d use butter on or mold in a cling wrap and refrigerate for later use. You may also melt and pour as a coating on your favorite fried dishes.
