Kimchi Korean Pancakes
1-2 tbsp Bibimbud
1 cup korean (or regular) pancake mix
Shredded vegetables of choice like cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, green onions
Toppings of choice like shrimp
Mix Bibimbud with a batter of pancake mix.
Place batter on warm non-stick pan and add your choice of toppings: white shrimps, shredded carrots, cabbage, red bell pepper and spring onions.
Season to taste and flip to cook evenly.
Serve with more Bibimbud Kimchi Sauce and enjoy!
