3/4 cup Bibimbud Kimchi sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup sugar (optional)
2 cups water
1 medium-sized white onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium-sized carrot, julienned
1 cup cabbage, cut into small strips
200g country-style pork, sliced into smaller pieces
200g frozen shrimps
200g chicken parts, boiled and shredded
1 (12oz) package rice noodles
Brown pork slices with some oil and sauté with aromatics
Add in sauce ingredients: soy sauce, oyster sauce, and Bibimbud Original Kimchi Sauce
Pour water, cook on high, and stir occasionally
Toss in noodles and make sure all noodle strands are covered with sauce
Put in vegetables, cover, and simmer for a few minutes.
Add in boiled chicken and shrimp. Stir well and cook for a few more minutes or until the sauce has dried up a little
Turn off heat. Serve on a plate and garnish with some roasted nuts and green onions.
