Korean Fried Chicken

Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
Heat the oil in a frying pan.
Dredge the chicken in the flour then dip it in the eggs, and coat it again in the cornstarch until completely covered.
Fry the chicken on medium heat for 6 minutes per side.
After frying all the chicken. Let the oil heat up for 2-3 minutes over medium-high heat.
While waiting for the chicken, start making the Kimchi-gochujang sauce. Mix the @bibimbud kimchi sauce, gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame seeds.
Fry the chicken again for at least 5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Add the chicken to the sauce bowl and mix well.
Transfer to a serving plate, then serve.
