In a bowl, combine Bibimbud sauce, soy sauce, calamansi juice, lemon-lime soda, brown sugar, garlic and pepper to make the marinade.
Thread the pork cubes onto barbecue sticks, making sure they're compact and secured. Put them in a large tray or in a wide container. Pour over half of the marinade onto the pork skewers while reserving the other half for basting later on.
Marinate for at least 3 hours or ideally, overnight.
Preheat a grill. Arrange pork skewers on a single layer and let cook while basting with the remaining marinade often.
